  • Collaborate with all design disciplines ensuring a cohesive design effort

  • Participate in marketing interviews

  • Lead client presentations and managed client relationships

  • Coordinate with MEP and other consultants

  • Create graphic presentations

  • Plan design process and scheduling

  • Perform construction administration duties and field visits

  • Coordinate and reviewed interior specifications

  • Create documents during each phase of design

  • Provide mentoring and leadership throughout the firm

  • Participateon Human Resource Committee in which I conducted interviews with potential hires, worked out scheduling plans, and dealt with other HR related issues.

  • Participate in medical planning

  • Conduct in-house education sessions
